Role Summary

Involved in the rollout and development of new and existing online solutions to transacting insurance business and realising efficiencies.

 Key accountabilities

  • Analysing what the business and clients need in regards to electronic business solutions.
  • Testing and delivery of electronic business solutions to the business and external clients.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to internal and external customers on the use of these systems.

Education/qualifications/other
requirements

  • Depending on whether the focus of the role is external client facing or internal system development, the preferred tertiary qualification is business systems / IT related.
  • Ability to talk on differing levels, ie, 'techincal speak' and plain English.
