Unfortunately, all tickets MUST be purchased online prior to the event. No tickets are available at the door.
No, we will maintain a list of attendees at the door, however please keep a digital copy handy as your ticket is your entry to our events.
Refund on tickets purchased are usually available 48 hours prior to the event, unless otherwise specified. This needs to be requested via Eventbrite and will be refunded via the original payment method. After this date, no refunds will be available for tickets purchased.
Each YIPs branch works with our venues to ensure that social distancing can be maintained and facilities & equipment have been properly sanitised. All attendance numbers adhere to government guidelines.
In line with government advice, we request people that are unwell (including cough or fever) or other respiratory symptoms do not attend YIPs events. We also ask that you follow local government advice and maintain social distancing, and wherever possible, staying at least 1.5 metres away from others.
YIPs will continue to closely monitor government advice regarding public gatherings and act on relevant health advice from the respective governments in relation to COVID-19.
In the chance a YIPs event is affected by COVID-19 and postponed, all tickets will be remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the new date is not convenient, we can arrange for ticket transfers or refunds.
IMPORTANT All tickets purchase are governed by the YIPs event code of conduct. Please ensure you have read the code of conduct prior to purchasing your ticket.
