Supporting Industry and Future Talent
Beyond product innovation, QBE has continued to invest in the future of the insurance industry. As a platinum sponsor of Young Insurance Professionals (YIPs), we’ve helped create opportunities for learning and networking, supporting the next generation of talent.
In August, we hosted Beyond the Grind, a sold-out wellness event exploring mental health in high-performance environments across finance, insurance, and law. The event brought together 54 YIPs members for an engaging panel discussion and an interactive wellbeing session led by renowned coach Gen Illolahia – equipping attendees with practical tools to manage stress and burnout.
